1st Payment Upon the grant of Option to Purchase (Booking fee) 5% (Cash only)
Upon signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement or
within 8 weeks from the Option date (Cash / CPF)
15% (Cash / CPF)
2nd Payment Completion of foundation work  (6 – 12 mths) 10%
3rd Payment Completion of reinforced concrete framework of unit (6 – 9 mths) 10%
4th Payment Completion of partition walls of unit (3 – 6 mths) 5%
5th Payment Completion of roofing/ceiling of unit (3 – 6 mths) 5%
6th Payment Completion of door sub-frames/ door frames, window frames, electrical wiring, internal plastering and plumbing of unit. (3 – 6 mths) 5%
7th Payment Completion of car park, roads and drains serving the housing project (3 – 6 mths) 5%
8th Payment Temporary Occupation Permit or Certificate of Statutory Completion (3 – 6 mths) 25%
9th Payment On Completion (6 – 12 mths)
Completion of S&P 2%, CSC 8%
12 mths from Date of Notice to take Vacant Procession 5%
